Abstract
Saint Mary's Politics Professor Steve Woolpert spoke with KCBS news about the city of San Francisco filing a lawsuit against the Trump administration over its sanctuary cities policy. Woolpert commented on the likely success of the city's lawsuit, which, he says, challenges the constitutionality of the administration's plan to withhold funds from cities such as SF that do not report the immigration status of undocumented individuals to ICE, or other federal agencies.
