Stacey E. Robbins, EdD is Associate Professor of Leadership in the Kalmanovitz School of Education at Saint Mary’s College of California, where she directs the BA in Leadership and Organizational Studies program. Her scholarship examines effective collaboration for learning, leadership, and inclusion in workplaces and educational settings, with recent publications in Human Resource Development International, Adult Learning, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: An International Journal. She co-authored a chapter in Equitable Adult Learning: Four Transformative Organizations Serving Diverse Communities (Routledge, 2023) highlighting equity practices for diverse adult learners.

Her current projects include developing an inclusive program design model for adult learners that integrates human-centered design, universal design for learning, and justice-oriented frameworks and exploring the role of informal networks in sustaining transformative learning.

A Columbia University certified executive and organizational coach, Robbins has coached leaders in higher education, corporate, and non-profit sectors, and serves as a volunteer leadership coach for the WE Empower UN SDG Challenge, the first global business competition for women entrepreneurs advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Robbins earned her Doctor of Education and Master of Education in Adult Learning and Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, her Master of Science in Teaching from Fordham University. She has presented peer-reviewed papers at national and international conferences, received the American Educational Research Association’s Workplace Learning SIG Dissertation of the Year Award, and serves as a reviewer for leading journals in adult and continuing education.
