Paul has been associated with the Master of Arts in Leadership program since its first cohort, and been a Weaver since 2004. At Stanford University, he is a Senior Facilitator for the renowned Interpersonal Dynamics course, and he T.A.’d for the High Performance Leadership course, both at the Graduate School of Business. He also facilitates and co-teaches for the Building Interpersonal Skills course through Stanford’s Continuing Studies. He has taught or presented at 14 additional colleges and universities.    ~~~Independent coaching and consulting clients have included managers at Franklin Templeton Investments, Glide Memorial Church, and Flixter.  Collaborations with the Story Bridge Project, Dreamfish, and The Banff Centre fostered socio-cultural change initiatives through integrating embodied expression and creativity.    ~~~In 1996 Paul created Chormmunity, a group inquiry-expression-design-learning process, and has since conducted it in holistic health, education, arts, research, community, business, and activist settings in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia.    ~~~Paul is also a core member of Have More Fun Ltd. (, a consultancy that helps teams and individuals bring 100% of themselves to work, express themselves clearly and honestly, and understand each other more completely), with whom he has worked with international clients such as Cheil Worldwide, Kellogg's, Kerry Foods, and EDF Energy.

Paul's work in Culture Creation evolves from two decades of dancing, choreographing, and teaching dance. He danced with Twyla Tharp, ISO (formerly Momix), Michael Moschen, the American Dancemachine, Philippe Decouffle, the Pet Shop Boys and Grace Jones.    ~~~An award-winning choreographer, he has created nearly 50 works, ranging from performance art and concert dance to videos and variety shows. Paul was assistant to Broadway director-choreographers Ron Field and Lynn Taylor-Corbett.    ~~~Grounded in the Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analysis System, he has taught modern and jazz technique, contact improv, repatterning movement fundamentals, theatredance, and composition throughout the States, Europe, Scandinavia, and Israel. He was awarded le Diplome d'Etat, France's national dance teaching diploma.
