Mary Alice McNeil has a 30-year record of professional achievement in consulting,
management training, teaching and administration. She is a communication learning and development consultant/coach and have been a faculty member at St. Mary’s College School of Economics and Business, since 1992. Professor McNeil teaches Leadership and Management Communications to develop student’s ability to be more confident, strategic communicators in the workplace. She addresses the challenges managers face today – communicating to stakeholders. building inclusive teams, strengthening client relationships, and developing authentic leadership in a socially distanced world. Together, we find high-touch solutions in a high-tech world. Her mission is to communicate, engage and inspire professionals to achieve their full potential.
